We will respond to your request for help as soon as possible during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST).


6. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving text messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
  • Email us at info@ableheatingandcooling.com requesting to opt-out
  • Call us at (503) 579-2250 and request to opt-out

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive marketing messages, but you may still receive important service-related messages (such as appointment confirmations) unless you specifically request to opt-out of all communications.

Re-subscription: You may opt back in at any time by providing your consent again through our website, forms, or by contacting us directly.

Our text messaging service is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. Cellular

Message and data rates may vary by carrier. We are not responsible for carrier network issues or message delivery failures.


8. No Warranty

Able Heating & Cooling, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Any delays or failures in the delivery of messages, including but not limited to carrier network issues, technical problems, or service interruptions
  • Any charges incurred as a result of receiving text messages
  • Any actions taken or not taken based on the content of messages received

We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from undelivered or delayed messages.


9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our messaging service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our messaging systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our messaging service
  • Use automated systems to send messages to our service

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Messaging Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or sending you a notification.

Continued use of our messaging services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must opt-out of receiving messages as described in Section 6.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Able Heating & Cooling, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our messaging services.


13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms & Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.


14. Entire Agreement

These Messaging Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Able Heating & Cooling, LLC regarding text messaging services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
